All shipments are made with PTT Turkish Postal Service.
Please allow 7-10 business days for international shipments and 3-4 business days for national shipments. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped. Expedited and International UPS and DHL shipping is available but please contact before purchasing and will do our best to accommodate you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the event you are not happy with your purchase, Çuval will gladly accept returns or exchanges of non-sale merchandise in its original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. All sale items are final.
To return or exchange, please email [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt. Once you have received confirmation, please send item back. A refund minus any shipping cost will be processed within 7 business days. Please be aware that buyer is responsible for return shipping and we recommend getting insurance as Çuval will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please follow Çuval's return policy.
TAXES
Çuval charges Turkish sales tax of 8% within Turkey. Sales delivered outside Turkey are tax free.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Çuval also accepts bank transfers other than PayPal. Please contact us for bank details.
